Tome of Cold Weather Flying

It should only be buyable at lvl 80, but since it is Bind on Account and usable at lvl 68. Every player at lvl 68 is able to buy it.

Also

head enchants, such as http://www.wowhead.com/?item=50367#comments Arcanum of Torrent , work like this too. Now, lvl 80 players can buy these items without the reputation.

Anyone has this bug too?

Hello,

i can comfirm this bug http://www.wowhead.com/?item=49177 Tome of Cold Weather Flying is buyable at lvl 68.

But Arcanum of Whatever on my server needs reputation to buy, it can be mailed to other character, but still you need to have reputation on your other character with that faction to use it.
