.Ban Character + .Ban Account Does Not Work..

Ok, i tested this first just to make sure im not messing something up but .ban char and .ban account does not work at all. The only thing that does work is .ban IP and anyone can change there IP..

Its much more efficient if these commands would work properly, they used to work i think.. not sure where they broke at.. Like i said i have tested this multiple times..

For one i dont see how it could ban the character or account due to the fact that there is not a table to hold the bans in.. there is a account_banned table that is always empty and saves nothing to it. I dont even see a area/spot/column/field for char bans..

Can this please be looked into at least just so i can know im not going crazy here.
