never used dual spec patch in my actual database. so i think that's not the problem

this problem still exists for me in Mangos Rev 9778. I've even cleared my spell table and talent table and retrained everything.

Well as far as I saw the vehicle patch messed up the dual talent. If you want you can try without that and let us know so I won't be the only one

I recompiled without and of the vehicle stuff and dual talent works perfectly.
