Allow all hair styles?

Is there a way to unlock all hairstyles for all races? Or maybe add a selection to other races. Such as humans being able to have night elf or blood elf hairstyles, vice versa. This would be interesting to see and would provide more options for people, just wondering if it's out there or if someone knows how to do it.
