[Bug] Potions and a lot of clicks

How it SHOULD work: When u click a lot of times on any potion hp or mana u should be able to drink only ONE potion!

How it DOES work:If u click or press that button where u have set a certain potion hp or mana u can drink between 2 and 10 if u click very fast

can confirm, btw. congrat to 10 proc, you must be very hardcore clicker

lack of serverside global cooldown handling it is limited not only to potions, every instant spell can be bugged this way, until we will stop handlig global CD on client-side

Confirm, and hunter when use Feign death, (leave combat), and can use next potion. It's a very big bug.

if i remember cooldown management is handled at second resolution, so it should be changed to millisecond resolution and it will be able to handle gcd's. But there is another problem, if client has lag probably there will be a mismatch of client/server gcd, causing legit spells to fail.
