BUG :

When you take damage from enemy[cause damage equal to 20% of your block value](its work) but

when you block damage from enemy[cause damage equal to 20% of your block value] - this does not work.

hi, it's my first post here

my fix:

UPDATE `spell_proc_event` SET `procEx` = `procEx`|3 WHERE `entry` IN (58872, 58874);

now it will proc when taking any melee dmg or blocking.
