Crashes, Winsock Problems??

Hi.

i'm getting this crasshes on my server, I ask to RSA for them (thought it was ICC fault) and he told me it could be some Winsock problems.

This two crashes not in my code and related to Windows socket problems connecting to database (Winsock overload may be).

Does anyone know how I could fix this?
