What does the patch fix?

Currently the additional Lightning Bolt or Chain Lightning profits bonus damage from 100% of shaman's spell power, so the output dmg for the additional lightning is higher than 50% of the main spell. With this patch it profits bonusdmg from half of spellpower. Tested with Concussion and Shamanism talents and it gave just a little less than 50% of main spell dmg (probably because of Concussion talent).

overload is actually a different spell, so you can set it to half spell coefficient
