Config AlwaysMaxSkillForLevel Not Working as intended

The config "AlwaysMaxSkillForLevel" isnt working when you log off, and log back in.

For example, if you set a char with lvl 79 and all skills in lvl 1, log out, log in, the skills are still at 1/375, but if you level your char to 80, the skills sets to 400/400 automatically, then you go to learn new weapon skill for example, and it is 1/400 and if you log off and log back in, it is still 1/400 and it should be 400/400 because of the config.

Confirmed. At level 80 relogging does not increase skills anymore since the 3.3 switch.
