first you must download and apply the vehicle patch, which you apparently does, so second thing is to go through vehicle patch topic and learn from this topic how to implement more vehicles. Also look at vehicle patch sql queries, which could help you better understand what you must do to get the vehicles working

You can't repair vehicles, this functionality hasn't been added to the core yet, you can however try the Vehicles mod.

With repairing do you mean "healing" the vehicles in-game ?

If you mean fixing vehicles to work you have to study the vehicles patch and see if you can contribute and fix things.

If you mean heal, I don't know if that's implemented in the Vehicles patch yet.

I don't know if multiple people riding the same vehicle is implemented yet (Think it is).

If it is I think you need to add data for all the vehicles to the database tables the patch adds/modifies.

that tutorial doesnt exist, but it is partially described in vehicle thread and you have vehicle sqls from which you can learn this too
