Death Knights spells cooldowns

I don't know why, but the cooldown of all spells that use runes fail sometimes, ignores the real cooldown, and it appears like that you could use the spell, but clicking in it, it says that there isn't enought runes, which is true, if you take a look at your runes, the spell can't be mcasted. I think in TC for example, it doesn't happens. May be an server-side check before remove cooldown could solve the problem? Or there is already a pacth to solve this? It's very annoying for this class :/
