Acid 35 is the same as 3.0.4 which is the final release and has been for a while now, so you have the full update. I don't use acid from that link. I get mine as a whole package with mangos.

This has probably been asked before, and if you could point me in the right direction I'd be greatly appreciative. There are tons of DB's out there, (e.g. Lights Hope DB, DPS-DB, WhyDB, PSMDB, UnifiedDB) and the thing I've noticed is that, UDB isn't updated (anymore?) or am I just ignorant? As well as that, sd-2/acid hasn't been updated in over 5 months? Did that project stop? Sorry, I just woke up so I may not be thinking straight, but I just want to make sure I have my facts straight.

What exact DB's does MaNGOS support?

I'm not sure where you've got your information, but you are incorrect in almost all of your assumptions.

UDB updated only a few weeks ago to their new rev 392

SD2 has updated almost every few days in the last month alone, providing a humongous amount of quest corrections and improvements. Acid is final as far as I know. Not sure what happened there as I've never taken much notice of it.

Mangos primarily supports UDB, but almost any DB can be used with either none or very minor modifications.

Oh, I have been for quite a while. But here are the svn links I'm using. If you could, give me the links to either svn or git the final releases.

Ah, well, the first time that I put my Mangos server together, I didn't exactly follow any guide. I just went on some instructions from mismatch sources.

If you are unsure of where to get ACID from, or whether you have the latest and greatest version, always use that link (https://sd2-acid.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/sd2-acid/) This will always have the latest version of ACID.
