MaNGOS don't show enemy players in right side of screen on arenas, this is probably the source of the problem. Anyone has any fix for it? I think that it works on TC, may be we could take a look.

Well, even built-in arena unit frames does not work, but for example gladius: http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/gladius.aspx

Its a wow-default feature, but not works in mangos

no arena frames = no addons

Arena frames as such exist inside wow client without any addons ,but they don't work on mangos.

There are 2 most popular addons that i know of, Gladius and Proximo, which don't work either. Actually, they display the enemies only after the match ends (during the scoreboard).

Even more interesting thing is, that there is ONE version of proximo that works - v2.321 ... any other version of proximo doesn't work. The only problem with this version is, that when u fight against a team with frost mage, you get short freezes every half a second (probably some dead loop in lua)
