[fixed] BUG[Loosing arena team rating]

After BG-related commits(BattleGroundTeamId idx -> BattleGroundTeamIndex teamIdx) and after commits [10782]. We got new huge BUG.

When players join arena(on rated) and then remove queue they loose team rating. Thats strange...

Emsy, Your hotfix deleted rating losing when leaving queue after being invited to the arena, or before (which would be wrong)?

i didn't make the patch but it for sure fixes case when u leave queue before being invited.

Afaik once u get invited and leave the queue, u should get rating and match loss, but i haven't tested that

remove this check make possible by fake packet skip invite without loss. Proper fix more limited. I test it currently.
