Please test and report, it is extremely difficult to ensure that this is right only by looking at spell.dbc

maybe drop the !m_IsTriggeredSpell check since most triggered effects already have the "ignore LoS" flag

looks ok, but what about Seed of Corruption and Mind Vision? They also has this flag and should be able to do effects through obstruction with this (but not at official)

okay, Mind Vision really can work through walls at retail.
