Problem (login) - last_ip field

I created a server MANGO but I have a problem when the User changes the ip, when it is different from the field "last_ip" in realmd table, it says "...account has been temporarily suspended.."

the ban table is empty

How can I remove it?

Maybe the user used ".account lock [on|off]"?

(Allow login from account only from current used IP or remove this requirement.)
