Database Name and Version : ytdb

How it SHOULD work: Gives your succesfull off-hand melee attacks a 20% chance to generate 3/6/9/12/15 Energy.

How it DOES work: Gives your succesfull main-hand and off-hand melee attacks a 20% chance to generate 3/6/9/12/15 Energy.
