Hello,

I have another problem.

Since several version, when i type .goname player in game, my character seems to fall in empty and die. I must retype .goname player in ghost mode and after .revive

Mangos version : 11580 (no patch) [the problem have began earlier]

SD2 : 2153 [same]

Database : UDB 401 - Acid 3.0.8 (No Custom Content).

Compilation : VC 2010 Express on Win 7 32bits

Is it a core problem ? Or is it my installation ?

This is a problem of the client...

if your pc is too weak loading the map (or many addons are acitvated) then you will fall through the map...

A hacky fix is to add some feet to the teleportation z coordinate. + 2 is too less for most of the weak pcs, +5 - +7/8 should be fine...

if you need help you can look some commits that will change this in such a way there are many different ways to do this out there...

but this isn't a real fix at all, but i dont know how we should fix this... extending the loading screen would be it but this is client side so...

I also get it sometime, but possible not long load source, but It can be in result rounding coordinates.

Just add some +z for lading height can help. In fact this in like case same problem with any far/near teleports. calculated z coordinates can be less at small value that expected from height data from client point.

i don't think its a problem rounding the coordinates...

a player standing somewhere e.g. a dungeon stays where he is...

*i teleport me to him and i'm falling through the map, now i did two things:

**first i reteleported me right after the loading screen (1 sec after this... pc still loading...) and i fall again thorugh the map

**second... waiting some secs after the first teleport will load the map and the underground, a reteleport now is working and you are at the position of the char where you wanted to go....
