[bug] "!" quest givers

For some time we no longer see the "!" on some quest givers even if active in mangosd.conf -1 . It would please a patch for new players because it is not practical

if someone could confirm the same bug as me?

It's really annoying this bug, players go on an emulator other than mangos and I find it regrettable.

for now you can use this: Quests.LowLevelHideDiff = 100

(or min. to be = 79)
