Diminishing returns aren't working on pets and turn evil is used in pvp on warlock's pet for example.

When a spell with diminishing returns is used against a target in PvP, the first effect has full duration. The effect then diminishes by 50%, then 75%, then the target becomes immune.

I can't comment is this applied to pets also. If it easy fixable and you sure that this must be (maybe some confirmations?) then why not post patch.
