[zero] Take ammo for most ranged spells

Now ammo takes only Multishot, Autoshot and Aimed Shot (only EffectWeaponDmg spells). I think it's wrong. I propose to make this piece of code move to Spell::cast () function, after TakeReagents(). Your opinion?

Now that this is implemented in Zero I wonder about One and master. Is the current behaviour intentional? was it changed during wotlk or is it simply a bug?
