Tested on clean core.

Disc Priest spell "Penance" cannot be casted on friendly players to heal them, getting error "Invalid Target". When casted on self (not sure if it should be castable on self at all) it do not do nothing.

realization of this spell very difficult and require some hacks. may see on this in R2 (reimplement on clean core not possible).

Thanks for fast reply , i know spells with mechanic like this are difficult, but (i am not sure through) i think this spell was working a while ago.

Things like this should be implented even if they are a bit hacky, UNTIL there is a proper solution

True, but since Penance is a pretty important spell for priests it should be added anyways to not ruin priests gameplay totally
