I agree with stfx here - the link works fine even with http (using Opera on Linux).

It works about 10% of the time for me, using IE9.. If I manually change it to https it works every time, seems like there is an IIS redirect on the other side or something which works intermittently. Not a huge thing but it frequently shows page error and most likely happening to other people who may not know to fix the link themselves and just figure the page is down.

Same issue using firefox, works maybe 10% of the time. Something on server side is updating http -> https but not very well at least for me.
