[One] Compile Problem

Alright so, hey. Im trying to compile Mangos for TBC 2.4.3. When I run MangosdVC100 in the win folder, it starts Microsoft Visual c++ 2010 express. And it gives me this:

And when its done "building" I get this:

What else do you need to know?

you cannot Compile under 64 bit wehn you have not windows 7 sdk use 32 bit or download windows 7 sdk
