Strange problem using legendary's in 2.4.3 server

Hi all

I am doing tests in a virtual 2.4.3 server. I have added this item with a gm char:

and when i press z key to unsheathe my axe and then it dissapear, also it dissapear this item already equiped :

http://www.wowhead.com/item=30314

I'ts a known bug?

Are you in The Eye when doing this? If not, the server probably realizes you shouldn't have it and removes it. If you are in The Eye, i'm not sure. Also, note that you can only have it for 15 minutes regardless.
