Incompatible map?

Using CMaNGOS-WOTLK 0.17 r12321, I get the following error when trying to start up the server:

Map file './maps/0004331.map' is non-compatible version (outdated?). Please create new using ad.exe program.

I've done this twice with my 3.3.5a install and I still get the same error. Disabled vmaps and mmaps to see if it would, still won't. I'm at a loss here.
