Initial Quest!!Core or Database

I was wondering if the problem is core or database, the initial quest and Undead races troll, I tested only the two in the quest wakening,http://www.wowhead.com/quest=24960where you need to speak with the three, click on any of the three and not complete any.

the same goes for the troll quest, you need to open the cage, I can not remember the name but the quest and start.
