[sql][5827] Spell_chain Typo

What bug does the patch fix? What features does the patch add?

Fixing typo in `spell_chain` table. Replacing "Melt Ore" (5159) spell with the correct "Entangling Roots (Rank 3)" (5195) spell.

This should fix the characters who already learned that bad spell:

DELETE FROM `character_spell` WHERE `spell`='5159';
