[Solved] How does work "BindIP"?

I'm studying configuration files of mangos but i don't understand the "bindIP" utility... What is it? Can you give me an example of use?

If you bind your MaNGOS to a certain IP address, it will listen on this address and only accept requests from that address.

For example if you have a server machine with two or more network cards plugged into it. Each of these cards has its own IP address. So you can bind MaNGOS to one of these cards.

If you leave the configuration 0.0.0.0, then MaNGOS will listen and accept connections from every IP/network cards.
