Continual Build Error

I keep getting the following error after I type "sudo make -j 4":

config.status: creating ace/SSL/Makefile
config.status: error: cannot find input file: `bin/Makefile.in'
make[2]: *** [dep/ACE_wrappers/ACE_Project-prefix/src/ACE_Project-stamp/ACE_Project-configure] Error 1
make[1]: *** [dep/ACE_wrappers/CMakeFiles/ACE_Project.dir/all] Error 2
make: *** [all] Error 2

Any ideas of what I am doing wrong or that I am missing?
