Using RA/SOAP ( Mail items from website to mailbox ingames )

Greetings community,

I'm looking for a script/php file or anything in that direction thats allows me to use either RA or SOAP to send players items from my website into their ingame mailbox.

This will be used on the Rel19 1.12.1 core.

If anyone is aware of the existance of these files feel free to reply.
