fresh ZERO build , all ai confrontational interaction is dodged and avoided

Hello there I have a fresh zero build on windows, world is populated, npcs interact , quests can be taken.

With any kind of account I cannot attack any creature, all attacks are dodged and avoided... no aggro

I have checked all mangos.conf file to no avail.

Further testing has shown this is only some mobs, in example outer SW is non interactive as if you had gm mode on, but teldarisal is fine.

I have attempted to review the logs but im not sure what would be missing wrong that correlates to my interaction issues.. as I do see sever things in here that present as errors but none seem to be related to the issue.

This is fixed in the Rel20_Newbuild branch. Please note this branch is heavily in development. You will also need the database from the Rel20 branch to go with this, but they do work.
