I can't remember off the top of my head, but I'll take a look at it tomorrow, if nobody else jumps in.

You need to start with the quest_template table, to define the quests themselves. Link them with the quest giver via the creature_questrelation table.

Both tables are in the mangos database.

For now, best to look for similar quests and see how the fields have been filled in.

Here you have a Polearm with an ID of 6679, which you could use as a quest rewards, for example
