Cannot find character database

It seems im missing the character database file and when my friend sends me the character database file I have the same problem.

have you tried going to this github that holds the database information?

if you use this, there are two MySQL errors you will have to fix with in "database/World/Setup/mangosdLoadDB.sql"

they are very basic and easy errors to fix.
