Eluna Lua Scripting Event

In collaboration between EmuDevs and getMaNGOS and celebrating MaNGOS' 10th Anniversary, we're hosting

a scripting challenge specific to MaNGOS & Eluna. During this challenge, we will be adding all submitted scripts in

to an optional sub module for the MaNGOS repository. There will be a total of three winners, all work will be judged

by both EmuDevs and getMaNGOS staff!

Event Breakdown

The Event

• Create any Lua script for MaNGOS w/Eluna
  
• You can script for any core version
  
• All scripts are entered in to the MaNGOS repository
  
• There are no restrictions to how big or small the script should be
  

The Prizes

• Steam Game Keys (Both)
  
• 1 Year VIP Status (getMaNGOS)
  
• Experience Points (EmuDevs)
  
• Your script in the mangos repository
  

How Does it Work?

• First, make your script
  
• When ready, submit your script to pastebin and set unlisted
  
• After submitting your script, post a reply to this thread with a link to your script on pastebin
  
• Be sure you are specific in your headers saying which MaNGOS version it is for and what the script is supposed to do
  
• After the event has ended, developers from both sites will determine the winners after viewing/testing the scripts
  

EmuDevs Winners

First Place: 3 Random Steam Keys & 500,000XP

Second Place: 2 Random Steam Keys & 200,000XP

Third Place: 1 Random Steam Keys 75,000XP

getMaNGOS Winners

First Place: 4 Random Steam Keys & 1 Year VIP Status

Second Place: 2 Random Steam Keys

Third Place: 1 Random Steam Keys
