[Mangos Zero] Localization Data / empty locales_* tables

Hi. I wanna build a knowledge bases for a German Community using the MaNGOS and Client Databases.

I managed to extract and read the MaNGOS World SQL Files, aswell the Client DBC Files.

I found some translations inside the DBC Files (for example Spells and Factions), but I cannot find Item or Quest Localizations anywhere.

In the Wiki, the data is said to be in locales_item.sql, but that file contains only the structure.

Can somebody point me in the right direction where to find the German Localization Data for Items, Quests etc.?

After some more research on the forums I stumbled upon GMDB (German Mangos DataBase):
