New mysql automated backup tool forked

Good day Mangos users,

I have forked an automated MySQL backup tool for windows to our tools repo here

I am currently exploring options with the developers about adding a few small things to this.

The program runs as a service and you can use something like one of these tools to map a remote network drive to backup your databases to.

This system has been implemented over at Covenant-WoW and replaces what we had previously.
