I am trying to edit or remove the reinforcements in Alterac Valley. I am trying to stop AV from ending without the end boss is killed. I have been searching for months and no luck. Can anyone help me?

So I have tried Google and searched everywhere. I am running brolantia v20 mangos and I have everything working but I am trying to make AV questlines a bit easier for the 4 people I have playing on my private server and I looking for a way to reduce the amount of items for the turn ins as well as when Ivus or Lokholar are summoned reducing the need for 10 people down to 1 or 2. Any help in the direction I need to be looking would be appreciated. I have looked for quest ids and summoning portal ids but I keep turning up empty on my searches.

How does this change with the 2017 version? I loaded it up but i cannot find a WIN32 project.
