  1. FYI, if you're using IIS you will need to add a web.config file in the site's root folder to allow for serving files without extension. The following worked for me: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <configuration> <system.webServer> <staticContent> <mimeMap fileExtension="." mimeType="text/xml" /> </staticContent> </system.webServer> </configuration>
