  2. Yes, they got something working, and they released it like good developers lol. Sure, it's not perfect, but it's (especially in this case) way better than nothing. Btw, Last time I checked there were conflicts in the spell.cpp with Lynx3d's stuff. Not sure if it's working or not. Still happy to have what we do. B)

  6. I agree. I also believe you're correct about the aura. Since it does mimic the same problems, it's most likely being blocked by the client. I'm simply keeping the post up so people can review it and possible get something better going. At least, for the time being; it's better than nothing.
  7. I'm assuming what he/she/it meant was, possibly it won't work for max level characters. Since there's no level up to be done, there's no changes to be made. Either way, it does work. B)

  9. I've donated to Mangos before. Everyone can use the help, whether they need it for the site or not I'm glad to help. Mangos is the best server software set I've seen for this scene (wasn't trying to be funny, just managed to say it that way.) I myself, am also horridly worried about 3.3. But, oh well lol. They've done a terrific job, I'm sure they get it done pretty quickly.
  10. Compiling 8823 will test in a few, but I was using 8770 and those didn't work on their own anyway. They haven't for quite some time.
  11. I'd enjoy seeing some progress on this. As it is I don't even use hex at all since it only morphs, it doesn't actually keep the target from attacking me. It just follows me around as a pissed off frog.:huh:

  13. Same here. This would be a great addition. Wonder if Vlad can just peak at it real fast. It works great. Been using it since day one w/o problems. (Of course the update from matsu earlier kept it up to date thankfully.)
  14. Just letting you know; Tried applying to 8717+ and Object.h & Creature.cpp both failed. (Creature @ 42 & Object @ 501.) Was working pretty good before though. :cool: Ya I was compiling with a few other patches before. Nice patch overall.

  17. Just compiled a new revision about 3 hours ago. No errors and it's working fine on my end.
  18. Been using it since I saw it last month. I add it to every compile (which I do daily) and I've not had one problem. Still working fine too even after the changeover to 10505.

  20. I don't suppose I could be a pain in the rear and ask for an example of what spells use this? Just simply curious if I should patch before waiting on Mangos to add it.
  21. Is this something Vlad would consider? I know it's important to unscramble that ball of crap that is the player data blob; but the whole reason the Dual Spec had to be recoded was he didn't want to add any new tables. As was said, getting invalid ID on the link. Personally I like this idea though. Hope use it. :cool:

  23. I'll have to test this out! Thought the bug itself is funny, and not horribly bothersome. It can be rather annoying at times balance wise. (In all uses of the word.) lol
