    unaura

Who knows. Doesn't look like he's been back yet either, to clarify.

    unaura

I'm lost too. I think he wants to use .unaura on a player. At least, that's what I can make out of that..
  3. As policy, MaNGOS development won't discuss DBC. This topic will most likely be closed. Sorry mate. Your best bet is to ask on somewhere like AC or MMowned, sites of those kind.
  4. Well, I'm happy to use my current hosting to put up a site/forum/whatever for those who would be interested in running such a project. I've been using LuaHypArc and an Arc server to practice my Lua, so having the language as an addon to MaNGOS would be great for me, and I'm sure there are plenty of others who can understand Lua but can't get their heads around C++ just yet. http://www.mangos-lua.tk/forum/
  5. As am I. Did you guys get a website/forum/whatever up for it yet? EDIT: I have decided to use my hosting to let anyone interested in development of MaNGOS Lua collaborate. http://www.mangos-lua.tk/forum/
  6. Indeed. Just be patient with MaNGOS. They'll pull it off near, if not totally, flawlessly. We always do here.
  7. No, you'll have commands of level 8, and all those below your level.
  8. Easiest way to make sure you have all commands is to set your level >= 8, I guess.
  9. QFT. Trinity became a fork of MaNGOS originally because they didn't agree with MaNGOS' way of development, iirc. They wanted to get more into the core and faster, even if that meant hackfixes. EDIT: Vehicles only partially work, by the way. Most of the spells/abilities/etc for them aren't done yet, which doesn't really classify it as done.
  10. Agree Pat. If I knew enough C++, I wouldn't mind helping, but I'm still learning. Stop asking for it guys, and take some action towards actually making it.
  11. As people in this thread have already said, the best chance of getting support for a project like this is to either: 1) Open your own repo, forum, etc. or 2) Try at ScriptDev2, as they are an external scripting library themselves. Number 1 will probably get you further, as I don't see SD2 moving development away from their own work.
  12. Very good, and fast () work. Hope to see more from you in the future mate.
  13. After a lot of messing around I got it working for me, I'm going to test that multi-realm crash again later on.
  14. Oh, of course. He puts in a lot of work he doesn't have to do at all. I'm no good at this stuff, so I appreciate any work that is done on this, and his other projects, some of which I do also use. I'm more than happy to either wait until Xeross155 has time to give this an update, or keep practicing my skills so that I can myself.
  15. Don't take this the wrong way, as I'm not intending to make this sound rude at all, but wouldn't it be wiser to update the patch, instead of having to jump through a couple of hoops to apply it? Regardless, I appreciate the work you have put into this, and I await your decision on my statement.
  16. Double post, but here is the issue I'm having:
  17. Okay, thanks mate. I'm still learning how to use Git properly, and I've only recently started picking up on C++, so I appreciate the help, it'd have taken me forever otherwise. ^^"
  18. I'm trying it out on a clean core, from mangos/mangos, not Insider42/mangos. Give me a mo and I'll edit in what is showing on the git bash console. I assume I'm just doing it wrong. EDIT: Here you go. Clean MaNGOS core using latest revision as of this post.
  19. This is having merge conflicts with the latest revision of the master MaNGOS branch, at least for me. I'm no C++ whizz, so if there's anything I need to link to help fix this, let me know.
  20. Sorry, I've been away from my PC for some time, I haven't had a chance to try out the multi-realm issue again since. I've pulled the latest revision of the branch, and your patch doesn't apply now, mainly conflicts in world.h. I'm useless with C++, so I've tried in vain to fix it, and quite obviously failed.
  21. It's being fixed by Xeross155, as far as I know, I gave him a few crash logs to check out and see if he could figure it out. But please, don't post threads asking about stuff that is already on the first page of this board.. >.<
  22. Sorry for the double post, but I came across a different error message on one of my attempts to boot the realm, I've edited it into my main post. Hope it helps.
  23. Thanks. My knowledge of Git and MaNGOS goes as far as pulling, compiling and setting it up to run, so I appreciate it.
  24. Same thing, reversed. Second realm runs fine, and first crashes after the startup is done.
  25. Having problems using this with multiple realms. Runs fine on one, but the second one crashes immediately on finishing the startup sequence. I can't figure out for the life of me why. Using latest revision of MaNGOS (9610), Latest SD2 (1644) and broadcaster branch merged in. Crash log I picked out, the rest are very similar to this also.
