1. I'm pretty sure the base cooldown of Judgement in classic (and TBC) was 10 seconds. http://wow.gamepedia.com/index.php?title=Judgement_(original)&oldid=267371 http://wow.gamepedia.com/index.php?title=Judgement_(original)&oldid=1435087 http://wow.gamepedia.com/index.php?title=Improved_Judgement&oldid=267370 What's the untalented cooldown on mangos zero? 8 or 10?
2. http://wow.gamepedia.com/Patch_1.12.0#Items "Ranged Elemental Damage: Our ranged combat system does not allow a ranged weapon to do a mix of Elemental (Fire, Frost, Arcane, etc.) and Physical damage. Many ranged weapons existed which were listed as doing Elemental damage and did not function properly (the damage was dealt, but was treated as Physical). All of those weapons have been changed to deliver the Elemental damage as a chance on hit effect. [Hurricane] was previously changed this way in 1.11. The following ranged weapons are also fixed in 1.12: [Bow of Searing Arrows], [D
3. "Base spellcritt and melee/ranged critt should be 5% naked at lvl 60 for every class ." Are you sure about that? http://wow.gamepedia.com/index.php?title=Critical_strike&oldid=350370 seems to disagree. I suppose they could've set it up so that [base crit chance + base agi bonus to crit at 60] adds up to 5% for every class, but that seems unlikely. WoD (Patch 6.0.2) says "The base chance to critically strike is now 5% for all classes.", implying that that was not always the case.
4. Remember: "Beware that if the mob resists Mind Soothe you will aggro them and enter combat." http://wow.gamepedia.com/index.php?title=Mind_Soothe&oldid=211877
5. As far as I know, pet scaling was implemented in 2.0.1: "All pets will now receive a percentage of their master's armor, spell damage, spell resistances, attack power, and stamina." My screenshots seem to back that up.
6. As far as I can remember, entering combat didn't really change how existing stealth effects worked. Obviously, an NPC would be revealed after attacking you, but other than that, I don't think aggro had anything to do with detection in classic. If the level/range/angle math favors you, you can see them (aggro or no aggro). Otherwise, they remain "invisible" until they attack (or cast a spell). Joana's Leveling Guide seems to show the same thing. The panthers become visible (but are still stealthed) when the player is close enough, even though they have not aggroed yet.
7. The screenshots? I'm seeding whenever I'm awake. If you can't see the file list, that's just the magnet link being annoying. It should show up as soon as someone starts seeding.
8. Project Silverpine has been waiting for theluda to return so that we can continue discussing the project merge we had planned. It's been about a month now. I'm not sure how many of our devs are still active, since Silverpine development has been on a de facto hiatus in preparation for the merge. Right now it's pretty much just me and Ghurok fixing extremely minor database bugs at a slow pace. We have several active testers playing on our server and reporting any bugs they find though.
9. Yes, of course. A bit more seeders would be good though. There's just four people online, and one seeding. Yeah, I'm using my own awful home connection right now. One of my fellow Silverpines has a seedbox and should be at 100% soon though.
10. Would anyone be interested in several thousand screenshots from classic? magnet:?xt=urn:btih:78C0772391149B401B5AFDEF283E9617AAF92D8C&dn=7755%20WoW%20SS&tr=udp%3a//tracker.openbittorrent.com%3a80/announce
