according to this post i would like to mark that not all creatures at the same lvl are giving the same amount XP. When I was testing few features for UDB (Terokkar Forest) i noticed that most of NPCs gave ~1200 XP about 1/4 gave around ~600 and there also was some poor, lowHP NPCs which gave only ~10XP

and all "XP redirecting" system is screwd. for example when arrange fight between two NPC (Hellfire Peninsula Dark Portal, siege of few vilages in Outlands, battle in Arcatraz, etc) XP and loot (despite grey NPC name bar) is granted to player who hit mob before it's death.

solved issue. Deban limited max allowed opend files (so mangos wasn't able to read map files). didn't knew that something like this could happen

I'm posting it here because pretty shure it is related to mtmaps. When server reach about 950-980 ppl pop some testes appear in 'Unknown' area. They are even listed in /who z-unknown list, disabled spells,quests,triggers,graveyards realted to area. Meanwhile whole server is running smooth.

Anyone experienced such a thing?

does it mean server is overloaded and requires vmap limitation or ser player limit?

i would be nice to get this also for mangos-0.12 branch. tried to add this manual but complation errors occure.

works only on *nix systems. Or in other words i managed to compile on debian under win32 i've got errors in compilation

how long uptimes do you have with derex mtmaps (~1k population) on mangos-0.12 and debian OS?

since update form 7174 to newest revs and add mtmaps i get crashes. sometimes 30min uptime, sometimes 18h when traffic is low. on clean 7174 uptime was infinite (24-36h because shutdowns to maintain db). I just wonder if i messed something in code.

which revision and which branch it match?

trying to git apply to mangos-0.12 (7201) and have conflicts.

i can execute goname or namego, but:

1) cannot port from one person to another between BGs/arenas or even at the sane bg/arena

2) when player is in starting area (base) on WSG i can't pass gate (even when opened) << pretty annoying

i'll try your patch with next recompilation

I think it would be nice to see this feature alive. Unfortunately MaNGOS support is necessary.

and works perfect, now applying patches

i've got this to (at shutdown)

merged and compiled +av_arena (by balrok) without problem (VC90)
