Description of the 'instance_template' table for MaNGOSTwo
This table has all the templates for every instance. When a group enters an instance, a new copy of that instance is made from the values in these fields.

ID of the instance map [See Map.dbc]. This map should be instanceable.

Map ID [See Map.dbc] of the parent instance, from which player may enter to this one. Cases like Blackrock Depths/Molten Core.
levelMin tinyint(3) unsigned
Minimum allowed player level.
levelMax tinyint(3) unsigned
Maximum allowed player level.
