GM on / off spells
Currently to turn gm on or off people use the .gm on and .gm off commands, however the client does have spells built-in.
These are spell ids: 1509 and 18139
The spells above just send off fireworks and currently do nothing other then that. The needed changes in the core should be done so they can work correctly.
