quest items of power
after collecting Witherbark Totem Stick 10 and you go to the stone of outer binding, After you've used the 10 totems at the stone there'll be a wand, sort of electric, at the top of the stone, it should be clickable, but isn't, Simply click it and you'll grab 'Bolt Charged Bramble', which is needed in the mage quest "Items of power"
