    it is possible to change the respawntimer @ your database, for example

     

    UPDATE 'gameobject' SET 'spawntimesecs' = '900' WHERE 'gameobject'.'guid' = 87462;

    Try to disable the GUID-Unloader @ mangos.conf

    GridUnload = 0

    # GridUnload
      # Unload grids (if you have lot memory you can disable it to speed up player move to new grids second time)
      # Default: 1 (unload grids)
      # 0 (do not unload grids)
