Shaman Enhancement tree, 'Parry' talent
If you spend the talent point and learn it, it appears in your 'general' tab in the Spellbook, only the tooltip indicates that your new Parry chance is... 0.0%
Don't know if it's only a tooltip error or an actual one, had an addon that is supposed to track these stats, but it too is not showing anything. Sorry
