mangos three vmap-extractor crash 4.3.4

I'm busy with testing a Cataclysm (mangos three) server.

I've downloaded the precompiled files from the download section.

The problem I've come across is that the vmap-extractor.exe crashes on expansion2.MPQ.

 

This is the only information given in the windows logs:

I'm running a windows 10.

 

Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

Or get an hold on the files?
