What is the reason you need to use clang instead of visual studio?
One solution could be to use windows subsystem for Linux to build with clang, but that would not be creating a windows executable if that is what you need. I guess you could make it cross compile though.

The 2nd option in that guide seems to be about what you are looking for. Not sure how well it works with mangos though or if clang on windows is working well or not.
